Трансформ 2021 це міжнародний проєкт про соціальне підприємництво для молоді. Цілий тиждень мнаші волонтери провели у місті Паневежис, між Ригою та Вільнюсом, Каунасом і Талліном в оточенні дивовижної  природи.

Нам пощастило навчатися підприємництву у досвідчених менторів Саіди і Мішель, Ясіра і Дахі. Нас навчали лідерству, використанню системи Канвас у бізнесі, як покращити свої навички пітчингу та публічних виступів.

Окрім цього, ми готували оригінальні виступи для вечірніх активностей таких як: Lip Synс Battle, міжкультурний вечір і Ніч Оскару. А ще нас дуже смачно годували!

Тренінг розроблено таким чином, щоб учасники могли запускати свої пілотні проєкти та дослідження в рамках модулів дизайн-мислення, створювати прототип і прогнозувати вплив за короткий час.

Transform 2021 is an international social education project for young people. Many volunteers spent a
whole day at the town of Panevezys, in Riga and Vilnius, Kaunas and Tallin surrounded by a beautiful
nature.

We were given the opportunity to start learning about business from experienced mentors like Saida
and Michelle, Yasir and Dakhi. We were trained in leadership, usage of Canvas system, pitching and
public speeches.

Outside, we were preparing the original performances for evening activities such as: Lip Sync Battle,
Intercultural Evening and Oscar Night. And the food was delicious!

The training was organized in such way, that the participants could launch their pilot projects and
studies within the framework of design-thinking modules, launch a prototype and predict impact in a
short time.
