Title: Research Based Solutions in Mitigating War Consequences and Nurturing Democratic Progress in Ukraine: PORUCH Experience – The Future is Ours to Create

PORUCH has four pillars of fact based progress:

People

At PORUCH we put people first. Our motto is “We are nearby to help”. We study and observe who needs help and we quickly get involved to meet needs in the present moment. People need support today, and our focus is to get necessary support to people as quickly as possible.

Research

Accurate research is an essential pillar of all of our activities. Solutions to problems in war and peace are research and fact based.

Systems

Agreed systems are what keep order, stability, inclusion, profitability and sustainability within and between democratic societies. At PORUCH we engage with systems to encourage efficiencies, transparencies, accountability and decentralisation, in order to serve people better today.

Relationships

Democracies, work best when people and systems develop and work together to agree and facilitate the most accurate fact (research) based solutions. Relationships between people and systems are key to entrepreneurial profitability, sustainability, equality and social cohesion. Relationships, agreements and communications are important factors in our success and our growth in Ukraine and internationally over these past 11 years.

Based upon these four pillars – research, people, systems and relationships – Mariia will share some examples of the work that they have been doing, the successes that they have achieved, and the plans that they have going forwards.
