Останнім івентом для мене у надзвичайно складний, воєнний 2022 рік став міжнародний семінар-курс “Let’s connect”, який проходив у грузинському містечку Бакуріані 20-28 листопада.
Протягом 8 днів ми вивчали проблеми сільської молоді та шукали вирішення через співпрацю та інновації у сфері роботи з молоддю. Українська команда мала змогу розказати іншим учасникам про те, як українці організовують навчальний процес під час війни – під обстрілами, без світла і зв’язку, в укриттях.
Для мене, як для молодіжного працівника та журналіста, цей досвід дуже важливий як у роботі, так і в громадській діяльності. А головне те, що я отримала натхнення для створення власних івентів у сфері молодіжних працівників! За продуктивний та неймовірно цікавий семінар-курс, звичайно, хочу подякувати відправляючій організації та приймаючій організації – Development and Initiative і Umbrella • ამბრელა.
А результатом нашої навчальної поїздки стало створення унікальної платформи – мережі сільської молоді!
🔎 Ідея – Мережа працівників сільської молоді – це рух за позитивні зміни, спрямований на розширення можливостей молодіжних працівників зміцнювати свої навички лідерства, фасилітації, розробки програм, співпраці та активності, ділитися досвідом, відігравати невід’ємну роль у тому, щоб зробити сільську місцевість інноваційною, аби молоді люди будували там своє життя та майбутнє.
🎯 Мета – зміцнити сільські громади та молодіжних працівників шляхом об’єднання молодіжних працівників у всьому світі.

The last event for me in the extremely difficult, wartime year of 2022 was the international seminar-course “Let’s connect”, which was held in the Georgian town of Bakuriani on November 20-28.
For 8 days, we studied the problems of rural youth and sought solutions through cooperation and innovation in the field of youth work. The Ukrainian team had the opportunity to tell other participants about how Ukrainians organize the educational process during the war – under fire, without light and communication, in shelters.
For me, as a youth worker and journalist, this experience is very important both in work and in social activities. And most importantly, I got inspiration to create my own events in the field of youth workers! And, of course, I want to thank the sending organization and the host organization – Development and Initiative і Umbrella • ამბრელა – for a productive and incredibly interesting seminar-course.
The result of our study trip was the creation of a unique platform – the Rural Youth Workers Network!
🔎 Idea – The Rural Youth Workers Network is a movement for positive change to empower youth workers to develop their leadership, facilitating, program designing, collaborating & activism skills, share the best practices, to play an integral part in making rural places attractive and viable for young people to build their lives and their futures there.
🎯 Purpose – to strengthen rural communities and youth workers by uniting youth workers all over the world.
