Передумови
Всеукраїнська Громадська Організація «Поруч» у партнерстві з Дитячим Фондом Німеччини (ChildFund Deutsсhland) оголошує відбір заявок на включення до пулу експертів проекту «Надання можливостей молоді для забезпечення примирення суспільства: сприяння взаєморозумінню та ненасильницькому спілкуванню». Мета проєкту: сприяти школам у розвитку миробудування та медіації шляхом поширення культури мирного вирішення конфліктів у дітей та молоді.

В межах проєкту заплановано проведення тренінгів для учасників з Кіровоградської, Черкаської, Донецької, Луганської, Волинської та Тернопільської областей.
Протягом проєктного року у кожній школі миру проводяться 2 дводенні тренінги з питань миру для учнів на теми 1) Соціальна єдність (інтеграція та інклюзія, мобінг, права дітей) та 2) Соціальна цілісність (інтеграція та інклюзія, ненасильницька комунікація, права дітей); 2 дводенні воркшопи для вчителів, включаючи керівництво школи, на теми: 1) Трансформація конфлікту та медіація (ненасильницьке розв’язання конфліктів, медіація в школах, включаючи методичні тренінги за інтерактивними, орієнтованими на дітей навчальними методами ) та 2) Трансформація конфлікту та медіація.
Цільова аудиторія тренінгу: учні старших класів закладів середньої освіти (перша група), вчителі шкіл, адміністрація шкіл (друга група).
Організація тренінгів буде відповідати усім вимогам та рекомендаціям МОЗ та місцевої влади.
Проведення тренінгів відбуватиметься у період з березень-грудень 2022 року у таких областях: Кіровоградська, Черкаська, Донецька, Луганська, Волинська та Тернопільська області.
Кандидати можуть обрати один або кілька варіантів дат та локацій. Кінцева дата тренінгу буде узгоджена між обраним тренером та адміністрацією школи. Усі зацікавлені особи мають надіслати резюме та концепцію тренінгу українською мовою.
Концепція має включати такі підпункти (та не має перевищувати 2 сторінки):
– Мета тренінгу;
– Цілі тренінгу;
– Стислий зміст сесій з пропонованими методами роботи;
Дату/и та локацію/ї відповідно до зазначених вище. ВГО «Поруч» надає шаблони необхідних документів та форми для звітності. До розгляду приймаються спільні заявки від кількох тренерів. Вказати наявність ФОП.

The Contest for inclusion in the pool of experts of the «School of Peace» Project 2022
Prerequisites
All-Ukrainian NGO «Poruch» in partnership with the German Children’s Fund (Kinderhilfswerk
ChildFund Deutschland) announces the applications selection for inclusion in the pool of
experts of the «Providing opportunities for young people to ensure reconciliation in society:
promoting mutual understanding and non-violent communication» project. The purpose of the
project: to assist schools in the development of peacebuilding and mediation by spreading a
culture of peaceful conflict resolution among children and youth.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to hold trainings for participants from
Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Donetsk, Luhansk, Volyn and Ternopil regions.
During the project year, each school of peace conducts 2 two-day peace trainings for students
on topics 1) Social unity (integration and inclusion, mobbing, children’s rights) and 2) Social
integrity (integration and inclusion, non-violent communication, children’s rights); 2 two-day
workshops for teachers, including school management on: 1) Conflict Transformation and
Mediation (nonviolent conflict resolution, school mediation, including methodological trainings
on interactive, child-centered teaching methods) and 2) Conflict transformation and mediation.
Target audience of the training: high school students (first group), school teachers, school
administration (second group).
The organization of trainings will meet all requirements and recommendations of the Ministry
of Health and local authorities.
The trainings will take place in the period from March to December 2022 in the following
oblasts: Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Donetsk, Luhansk, Volyn and Ternopil oblasts.
Candidates can choose one or more dates and locations. The final date of the training will be
agreed between the selected instructor and the school administration. All interested persons
should send a summary and concept of the training in Ukrainian.
The concept should include the following subsections (and should not exceed 2 pages):
- The purpose of the training;
- Objectives of the training;
- Summary of sessions with proposed work methods.
Date (s) and location (s) according to the above. «Poruch» provides templates of necessary
documents and forms for reporting. Joint applications from several instructors are accepted for
consideration. Please, indicate the presence of FOP (individual-entrepreneur).
